Right of withdrawal
Last updated: 22 September 2026
This page explains your right to withdraw from the contract and how it works for a digital content service like JustASession. It applies if you buy as a consumer — a natural person acting outside a trade or profession.
The general rule
You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty.
The exception that applies here
JustASession gives you access to the content immediately after payment. Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 allows the right of withdrawal to lapse in that case — but only if you expressly asked for it and acknowledged that you lose it.
That is why, before you pay, we ask you to tick a box that reads:
I ask JustASession to start providing the service immediately, and I acknowledge that once I have full access to the studio's content I will lose my right of withdrawal for the period that has started.
We record the date and the version of the wording you accepted.
If you do not tick that box, your access begins after the 14-day period ends and you keep the full right of withdrawal throughout it.
What happens at each renewal
Losing the right affects only the monthly period that has started. Each renewal is a new period, and you can cancel the subscription at any time from your account area: it stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Single courses
A course you buy on its own is a single purchase with immediate access. Before you pay we ask you to tick a box that reads:
I ask JustASession to give me access to the course immediately and I acknowledge that, once I have access, I lose my right of withdrawal for this purchase.
Once you have access, the right of withdrawal lapses for that course. If you do not tick the box, the course cannot be bought with immediate access; write to us and we will arrange access after the 14-day period instead, keeping your right of withdrawal throughout it.
